Trademark Policy

MiseCentral LLC ("MiseCentral") owns and uses trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and trade dress (collectively, "MiseCentral Marks") to identify its products and services. This Trademark Policy explains permissible and impermissible uses of MiseCentral Marks.

1. MiseCentral Marks

1.1. MiseCentral Marks include, without limitation, the MiseCentral name, the MiseCentral logo, Company Brain, Work Intelligence, and other brand identifiers used on the Website, in the Services, and in marketing materials.

1.2. Other names, logos, and product identifiers appearing on the Website or in the Services may be trademarks of their respective owners. Use of third-party marks is subject to those owners' policies.

1.3. A list of registered and unregistered marks may be updated in Documentation or brand guidelines provided to partners and Customers.

2. Permitted Referential Use

2.1. You may use the MiseCentral word mark in plain text to truthfully refer to MiseCentral or the Services in news, commentary, teaching, or comparative statements, provided that:

(a) the use is accurate and not misleading; (b) the use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or agency unless authorized in writing; (c) the mark is not used as part of your company, product, or domain name; and (d) MiseCentral logos and stylized marks are not used without written permission.

2.2. Customers may use MiseCentral Marks only as expressly permitted in their Agreement, partner program terms, or written brand guidelines.

3. Prohibited Uses

3.1. Without MiseCentral's prior written consent, you may not:

(a) use MiseCentral Marks in a manner that is likely to cause confusion; (b) modify, distort, or combine MiseCentral Marks with other symbols or words; (c) use MiseCentral Marks on merchandise, promotional items, or marketing collateral; (d) register domain names, social media handles, or app names containing MiseCentral Marks; (e) use MiseCentral Marks in metadata, advertising keywords, or search campaigns in a misleading way; or (f) present Operational Recommendations, screenshots, or Service outputs in a manner that misrepresents MiseCentral's role in Customer operations.

4. Partners and Marketplace Participants

4.1. Partners authorized under a Partner Agreement may use approved MiseCentral Marks only according to brand guidelines and co-marketing rules issued by MiseCentral.

4.2. Marketplace listings and integration badges, where provided, must use official assets supplied by MiseCentral and may not be altered.

5. Reporting Misuse

5.1. To report suspected trademark misuse or to request permission for a proposed use, contact:

5.2. Include the proposed use, media, duration, and samples where applicable. MiseCentral will respond as resources permit.

6. Enforcement

6.1. MiseCentral may investigate unauthorized uses and pursue remedies available under trademark law, the Terms of Service, Agreement, or partner terms.

6.2. Nothing in this Trademark Policy grants a license except as expressly stated.

7. Updates

7.1. MiseCentral may update brand assets and this Trademark Policy. Continued use of MiseCentral Marks after updates must comply with the then-current policy and guidelines.
