MiseCentral LLC ("MiseCentral") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Website and Services to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains our approach to copyright on MiseCentral properties and how to report alleged infringement.
1. MiseCentral Ownership
1.1. Unless otherwise indicated, MiseCentral owns or licenses all copyright in the Website, Services, software, Documentation, designs, text, graphics, logos, audiovisual materials, and other MiseCentral Materials.
1.2. Subject to an applicable Agreement, Customer retains ownership of Customer Data. MiseCentral does not claim ownership of Customer Data submitted to the Services.
1.3. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in the Terms of Service, an Agreement, or separate written license from MiseCentral.
2. Permitted Use
2.1. You may view and download Website content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes related to evaluating or doing business with MiseCentral, provided you do not remove proprietary notices or reproduce content in a misleading manner.
2.2. Customers and Authorized Users may use MiseCentral Materials solely as permitted by their Agreement and Documentation.
2.3. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or derivative use requires MiseCentral's prior written consent unless permitted by applicable law.
3. User and Customer Content
3.1. Customers and Website users must not upload, post, or transmit content that infringes third-party copyright or other intellectual property rights.
3.2. Customers are responsible for obtaining rights to Customer Data, attachments, menus, training materials, and other content they or their Authorized Users submit to the Services.
3.3. MiseCentral may remove or restrict access to content that reasonably appears to infringe copyright or violates applicable agreements or law.
4. Copyright Infringement Reports
4.1. If you believe content on the Website or Services infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the information listed in our DMCA Policy to our designated Copyright Agent.
4.2. MiseCentral may terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
5. Counter-Notification
5.1. If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification as described in our DMCA Policy. MiseCentral may restore content if legally appropriate.
6. No Legal Advice
6.1. This Copyright Policy summarizes MiseCentral practices and U.S. statutory procedures. It is not a substitute for independent legal analysis by rights holders or users.
