Enterprise Procurement Center
Enterprise buyers need straight answers on security, data ownership, and how the platform works—not certification badges we have not earned yet. Use this page to orient your evaluation. Detailed questionnaires, evidence packets, and contract terms come through sales, often under NDA.
Security Overview
MiseCentral protects operational truth—recipes, batches, quality evidence, inventory, and workforce context—for hospitality enterprises. Full security detail lives in the Trust Center.
Current: Identity and access management, organization-scoped isolation, audit expectations, defense-in-depth design principles, and honest public claims policy.
Future: Downloadable security packet, standardized SIG/CAIQ responses, and published penetration test summaries when approved for external distribution.
Privacy Overview
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data on the marketing site and in the product. Sections still under legal review are clearly marked.
We do not sell customer personal information. Operational data processing purposes are governed by customer agreements and the Privacy Policy.
Platform overview
MiseCentral brings prep, production, quality, inventory, and intelligence into one system—whether you run restaurants, hotels, catering, or food manufacturing.
Available today: Cloud-based software with per-organization data separation, capabilities for daily kitchen and production work, and dedicated content for restaurants, hotels, catering, and food production teams.
Coming later: Formal architecture diagrams for RFP packets, regional hosting options, and published disaster recovery targets—released with engineering and legal approval.
Data Ownership
Customer organizations own their recipes, formulations, operational configurations, and business data uploaded to or created in the platform. MiseCentral processes data to provide the service under customer agreements.
See Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for legal framing. Export and portability terms are defined in enterprise agreements.
Data Isolation
One customer cannot access another customer's operational data. Isolation is enforced through identity, role, and organization scope—not informal conventions.
Multi-location customers receive governed rollups within their organization; one customer's data cannot cross into another's—the platform blocks that by design.
Responsible AI
Company Brain provides adaptive guidance grounded in operational context. It explains recommendations; your team decides. AI does not replace accountability for food safety, release, or other consequential operational actions.
Product Overview
MiseCentral is the Adaptive Operating System for Hospitality—not a single-purpose tool for one department. Turn on what you need as you grow; workspaces adapt to each person's role.
