Website Acceptable Use Policy

This Website Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs conduct on the Website operated by MiseCentral LLC ("MiseCentral," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements the Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Terms of Service.

Use of the Services by Customers and Authorized Users is governed primarily by the Agreement, including acceptable use, security, and data terms in the MSA or SaaS Subscription Agreement. This AUP applies to Website visitors, registrants, and anyone interacting with public MiseCentral web properties.

1. Purpose

1.1. This AUP protects the Website, users, MiseCentral systems, and third parties from misuse, abuse, and unlawful activity.

1.2. MiseCentral may update this AUP as threats and Website features evolve.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not, and may not attempt to, engage in any of the following:

2.1. Unlawful Activity. Violate applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

2.2. Unauthorized Access. Access or use non-public areas of the Website, MiseCentral systems, or Services without authorization; probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities except as part of an authorized security program coordinated with security@misecentral.com; or bypass authentication or access controls.

2.3. Interference. Interfere with or disrupt the Website, servers, networks, or other users' access, including through denial-of-service attacks, excessive automated requests, or resource exhaustion.

2.4. Malicious Code. Introduce viruses, worms, malware, or other harmful code.

2.5. Scraping and Automation. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated means to access the Website in violation of robots directives, rate limits, or the Terms of Service, except for standard search engine indexing explicitly permitted by MiseCentral.

2.6. Misrepresentation. Impersonate MiseCentral, its personnel, partners, or other persons or entities; falsify headers or identifiers; or misstate your affiliation or authority.

2.7. Intellectual Property Violations. Infringe or misappropriate copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights.

2.8. Harmful Content. Post, transmit, or solicit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, threatening, exploitative, or that promotes illegal activity or violence.

2.9. Personal Data Misuse. Collect, harvest, or use Personal Data from the Website or its users without lawful basis and required notices.

2.10. Spam and Abuse. Send unsolicited communications, chain messages, or advertisements through Website contact forms or forums; manipulate lead-generation or demo-request systems.

2.11. Competitive Harm. Use the Website to build a competing product or service through systematic extraction of non-public content, benchmarks, or proprietary materials beyond ordinary evaluation.

2.12. Circumvention. Circumvent technical measures, usage limits, geographic restrictions, or security controls on the Website.

3. User Submissions

3.1. If the Website allows comments, forum posts, testimonials, or other submissions, you are solely responsible for your content.

3.2. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit content and that your submissions comply with this AUP and applicable law.

3.3. MiseCentral may remove submissions or suspend access that violate this AUP without prior notice.

4. Security Research

4.1. Authorized security research is welcome when coordinated through security@misecentral.com and conducted within agreed scope. Unauthorized testing is prohibited.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1. MiseCentral may monitor Website use for security, fraud prevention, and compliance with these terms, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

5.2. MiseCentral may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5.3. Remedies include warning, suspension, termination of Website access, blocking IP addresses, and legal action.

6. Reporting Violations

6.1. To report suspected violations of this AUP, contact:

6.2. Include relevant URLs, timestamps, and description of the activity. MiseCentral may not disclose investigation outcomes except as required by law.

7. No Obligation to Monitor

7.1. MiseCentral is not obligated to monitor all Website activity and assumes no responsibility for user-generated content on public Website features, subject to legal requirements and our DMCA Policy.

8. Relationship to Services Terms

8.1. Customers using the Services must comply with acceptable use, security, and data terms in their Agreement. Operational Recommendations and AI-enabled features remain advisory; Customers must not configure the Services to violate law or third-party rights.

9. Changes

9.1. We may modify this AUP by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
