---
1. Trial Subscription
1.1. A Trial provides time-limited access to designated Services and plan features for evaluation purposes.
1.2. Trial duration, included seats, and features are displayed at signup and in the account billing overview.
1.3. Trials are intended for Customer's internal evaluation and not for production use at scale unless MiseCentral approves otherwise in writing.
---
2. Eligibility
2.1. Trials are available to new organizations and other eligible accounts as stated during registration.
2.2. MiseCentral may limit one trial per organization or billing identity and may decline or end trials that violate eligibility or acceptable use rules.
2.3. Customer represents that registration information is accurate and that individuals accepting the trial have authority to bind Customer.
---
3. Trial Access and Features
3.1. During an active Trial, Authorized Users may access features included in the trial plan with the same operational responsibility rules as paid subscriptions.
3.2. Operational Recommendations, Company Brain, and related intelligence features remain advisory during trials. Customer remains responsible for all operational and regulatory decisions.
3.3. Support Mode may be used under the same audited, non-impersonation rules as paid subscriptions.
3.4. MiseCentral may apply reasonable usage limits to protect platform stability during trials.
---
4. Customer Data During Trial
4.1. Customer retains ownership of Customer Data submitted during the Trial.
4.2. Customer may import, configure, and export data using available migration tools during and after Trial as provided below.
4.3. MiseCentral processes Customer Data under the Agreement and Data Processing Addendum to the extent Personal Data is involved.
4.4. MiseCentral does not use Customer Data to train foundation models for unrelated customers without Customer's documented authorization.
---
5. Conversion to Paid Subscription
5.1. Before Trial expiration, Customer may convert to a paid subscription by selecting a plan, seat count, and payment method (or approved enterprise invoicing path).
5.2. Pricing and renewal terms are displayed before Customer confirms conversion.
5.3. Upon conversion, the Trial Terms end for the converted subscription, and the Billing Policy, Renewal Policy, and Refund Policy apply to paid fees.
5.4. Customer Data and configuration created during Trial generally carry forward upon conversion, subject to plan entitlements.
5.5. Conversion may occur before Trial expiration; remaining trial time does not extend the first paid period unless expressly stated at checkout.
---
6. Trial Expiration Without Conversion
6.1. If the Trial expires without conversion to a paid subscription, trial access ends on the expiration date stated in the account.
6.2. MiseCentral notifies billing contacts and administrators before trial expiration.
6.3. After expiration, login and operational access are denied until Customer converts or reactivates under then-current offers.
6.4. Data Retention. Customer Data from the Trial is retained for thirty (30) days after expiration to allow export or conversion unless Customer requests earlier deletion or a different period is stated on an Order Form.
6.5. Customer may export Customer Data during the Trial and during the post-expiration retention window using available export tools.
6.6. After the retention window, MiseCentral may delete Trial organization data per documented retention schedules.
---
7. Fees
7.1. Standard Trials are provided without subscription fees unless pricing is displayed at signup.
7.2. Optional paid trial extensions or proof-of-concept arrangements require an Order Form or checkout confirmation.
---
8. Warranties and Liability
8.1. Trials are provided as is without the extended commitments applicable to paid enterprise Order Forms unless otherwise agreed.
8.2. Limitation of liability and advisory disclaimers in the Agreement apply during Trials.
8.3. Service Level Agreement availability credits apply only after conversion to a paid subscription unless an Order Form states otherwise.
---
9. Termination of Trial
9.1. Customer may end a Trial early by requesting organization closure or by converting to paid subscription.
9.2. MiseCentral may suspend or terminate a Trial for violation of the Agreement, abusive use, or security risk.
9.3. Ending a Trial is not the same as deleting Customer Data; deletion follows Section 6 retention rules unless Customer initiates deletion.
---
10. Relationship to Other Policies
Upon conversion, Trial Terms are superseded for ongoing subscription matters by the Billing Policy, Renewal Policy, and Refund Policy. Until conversion or deletion, these Trial Terms govern trial-specific access and retention.
