Accessibility Statement
MiseCentral LLC ("MiseCentral") is committed to making the Website and Services accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with widely recognized accessibility standards and to provide an inclusive experience for hospitality operators, administrators, and Authorized Users.
1. Our Commitment
1.1. MiseCentral strives to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access and use our digital properties, including marketing pages, account portals, and core operational workflows in the Services, with equivalent functionality wherever reasonably achievable.
1.2. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We integrate accessibility considerations into product design, development, quality assurance, and documentation updates.
2. Standards and Target Conformance
2.1. MiseCentral targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.2 Level AA for the Website and customer-facing web interfaces of the Services.
2.2. Conformance targets apply to core user journeys such as authentication, navigation, task execution, scheduling views, operational dashboards, notifications, and administrative configuration. Third-party Connected Services, embedded partner content, or Customer-uploaded content may not fully conform and are outside MiseCentral's direct control.
2.3. Mobile applications and tablet workflows used in hospitality environments are evaluated against platform accessibility guidelines and WCAG-aligned principles where applicable.
3. Accessibility Features
3.1. Depending on the page or feature, the Website and Services may include:
(a) keyboard navigable interfaces and visible focus indicators; (b) semantic structure and headings to support screen readers; (c) text alternatives for meaningful non-text content; (d) sufficient color contrast for primary text and controls in standard themes; (e) resizable text and responsive layouts; (f) labels and instructions for forms and interactive controls; (g) status messages and error identification in operational workflows; and (h) configurable roles and permissions that support delegated administration.
3.2. Customers may enable adaptive hospitality profiles, notification preferences, and role-based views that affect how operational information is presented to Authorized Users.
4. Known Limitations
4.1. Despite our efforts, some content or features may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, particularly in legacy views, complex data visualizations, PDF exports generated from Customer Data, third-party integrations, or rapidly released beta capabilities.
4.2. Customer Data, attachments, scanned documents, and custom fields supplied by Customers may lack accessible structure unless Customer provides accessible source content.
4.3. We maintain an internal remediation backlog and prioritize fixes that affect core operational paths and barriers reported by users.
5. Assistive Technology Compatibility
5.1. We test representative workflows with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers and keyboard-only navigation, on supported configurations described in our Documentation.
5.2. Compatibility may vary by device, browser version, operating system, and assistive technology combination. Customers should maintain supported environments for production use.
6. Feedback and Accommodation Requests
6.1. We welcome feedback regarding accessibility barriers on the Website or Services. To request assistance, report an issue, or inquire about accessible formats, contact:
MiseCentral LLC Attn: Accessibility 8 The Green, Suite A Dover, DE 19901 United States accessibility@misecentral.com
6.2. Please include:
(a) the page URL or Service feature; (b) a description of the barrier encountered; (c) the assistive technology or browser used, if applicable; and (d) your preferred contact method.
6.3. We aim to acknowledge accessibility inquiries within five (5) business days and to propose remediation steps or reasonable alternatives where feasible.
7. Third-Party Content and Customer Responsibilities
7.1. The Website may link to third-party sites that are not operated by MiseCentral. We do not control third-party accessibility practices.
7.2. Customers are responsible for configuring Services content, training materials, and operational procedures in their organizations in a manner that supports workforce accessibility obligations applicable to them.
8. Formal Complaints and Regulatory Contact
8.1. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by writing to legal@misecentral.com with "Accessibility Escalation" in the subject line.
8.2. U.S. users may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division or relevant state agency regarding disability discrimination claims, subject to applicable law.
9. Continuous Improvement
9.1. MiseCentral conducts periodic accessibility reviews, incorporates accessibility criteria into engineering standards, and trains relevant personnel on inclusive design practices.
9.2. We will update this Accessibility Statement as we make material improvements or identify significant known limitations.
